Licensing and entitlement

When you place an order for a software and receive an acknowledgment, a software entitlement is created for you. This entitlement grants you the license to access and use the product, based on the terms of your license agreement.

The Software Order Acknowledgment document contains details about your entitlement and license terms. You must follow the instructions provided in the document to download the software from the specified portal.

Note: Licensing is not enforced at runtime, however, you are still legally bound by your license agreement, which permits use by only one simultaneous user per license. HCLSoftware reserves the right to conduct an audit of your software usage.
