Creating applications in Deploy for a loop

You can create an application in Deploy for a loop.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have completed the following steps:

Created a loop in a teamspace.
Created a component in Deploy for a loop. See Creating components in Deploy for a loop.

Select Deploy from the What would you like to do today? drop-down in the loop.
Go to Applications > Create Application.
Select a loop name in the Loop field.
You can only view loops of teamspaces to which you belong.
Type the name for the application.
Set the security type by clicking the Type lists, select a type, and click Add.

Generally, the team and type are mapped to an object as part of team configuration in Deploy. For objects in loops, the team remains same as the loop team. So, you only need to set a type for the application.

The Standard Application is one of the security type which is assigned by default.
Click Save.
The new application is created.
Add one or more components to the application.
1. Within the application, click the Components tab.
2. Click Add Component.
3. In the Add a Component window, expand the Select a Component list and select the check boxes next to one or more components.
  The component list displays only those components that are created for the loop.
4. Click Save.

The application is created in Deploy for a loop.
