Refresh Selected Elements

This command updates only the selected elements to reflect any changes since you opened the window or saved the state of the merge. The Merge Manager temporarily replaces the Elements to be considered list with the set of selected items.

Merge Manager performs a search of the selected items. If a new merge candidate is found, it is inserted in the list. If a selected element needs to be merged again or its version information has changed, Merge Manager updates all state information, including its version information and checked-out state. If a selected element does not need to be merged, but its checked-out state has changed, Merge Manager updates that information.

When the search completes, the original list is restored with any updates for the selected elements.
