Enabling use of the UCM integration with Rational® ClearQuest®

Before you can connect a project to a Rational® ClearQuest® user database, you must set up the database to use a UCM-enabled schema and have the required credentials to access the user database. After you set up the Rational® ClearQuest® user database, you can enable the project for use with the Rational® ClearQuest® user database.
