Overview of the base ClearCase® integration with Rational® ClearQuest®

Rational® ClearQuest® is used to manage change requests, which report defects or request modifications for a project or product. Each change request is stored as a record in a Rational® ClearQuest® user database. DevOps Code ClearCase® is used to manage versions of the elements that represent a project or product. Each version embodies one or more changes to an element.
