EmeraldPlus and SapphirePlus

The EmeraldPlus and SapphirePlus have enhanced Content Recommendation components to support the content type when returned from an eSpot. These components also provide a reference implementation of rendering content for the content authoring templates provided with the sample Commerce Marketing Content library.

• Marketing Content: renders static content ad with image and button to click to a specific page.
• Marketing Video Content: renders a video and/or image based ad with button to click to specific page and video control options.

For the EmeraldPlusSAS and SapphirePlusSAS stores, all marketing content that appears on pages of the is content of type content. The content is retrieved from and rendered by React components. Content in EmeraldPlus stores that is asset based content (an image and a click action) continues to be modelled as content but all images are selected and served by Digital Asset Management server.
