Once you have logged in to the , connect with the to proceed with working on the .

Open a case with the to request the creation
of a for the newly created account. This user
will serve as the first business user and primary point of access for the account.
The following information is required prior to creating the user.
- First name
- Last name
- Email ID
- Phone number
- Tooling origin and allowed origins
- Tooling Origin is the full origin (protocol, hostname, port) of the
primary tooling environment, used for redirecting users after a
password reset. Only one origin can be set—ideally, the most
frequently used.

- Under Allowed Origins, multiple environments (e.g., QA, staging,
etc.) may be configured to point to the same account.

The user's initial temporary password will be sent to the email address provided
during the user creation.
Note: The initial temporary password
expires in 36 hours. The user is expected to reset the password within 36 hours
of creation; otherwise, the password will expire. If the password expires, the
user should contact the System Administrator to create a new temporary
password.
