Email template
Starting with version 9.1.19.0, users can create new and configure existing email templates and their configurations.
The Email Templates tool replaces the Marketing Email
Templates tool in the legacy and The
Email Configurations tool replaces the Email
Activities tool in the legacy Admin Console.
Important: This version of the email template only applies to the new .
Users with the following roles can access email templates:
- Site Administrator
- Seller
- Product Manager
- Marketing Manager
- Marketing Director
- Sales Manager
- Account Representative
- Channel Manager
- Workspace Taskgroup Approver (read-only)
Note: Email Configurations is only available to the users
with the Site Administrator role.
