RFQ Response - Fixed Pricing on Products

Use this page to work with a buyer's proposed product quantity, unit, or price.

Request Product Name: The name of the product for this RFQ request. For example, "Hammers".
Request Product Type: The type of product, as defined in the HCL Commerce catalog, for this RFQ request. For example, "Item".
Request Price: The price, requested by the buyer, for the product.
Request Quantity: The quantity of the product that the buyer wants to purchase. This value is a number, for example, "2".
Request Units: The units in which the buyer measures the quantity specified. For example, "meters" or "feet".
Product can be Substituted: Specifies whether the buyer permits you to substitute the product requested with a similar product.
Product Substituted in Response: Specifies whether you substituted the buyer's initial product request with another product.
Response Product Name: The name of the product you provide in the RFQ response. This can be, but does not have to be, the same as the buyer's requested product name.
Response Price: The price at which you want to sell the product. This can be, but does not have to be, the same as the buyer's requested price.
Response Quantity: The quantity of the product that you can supply to the buyer. This value is a number, for example, "2" and can be, but does not have to be, the same as the buyer's requested quantity.
Response Units: The units in which you measure the quantity specified. For example, "meters" or "feet". This can be, but does not have to be, the same as the buyer's requested unit.

Respond: This button displays if you are Creating a RFQ response. Click to display the response form.
Change: This button displays if you are changing an existing RFQ response. Click to display the response form.
Specifications: Click to display the RFQ products specification response page.
Comments: Click to add any additional information about the product.
Delete Response: Click to remove the RFQ response for this product.
