Lists the member groups defined for the store to which this price-override does not apply.

Refer to base price-override limit

Select the price-override limit to which the current price-override limit should refer. The list from which you must select a base price-override limit is populated from the previously created price-override limits that were identified as base price-override limits using the This is a base price-override limit check box.
