This table stores the information of the value
object container Refund in Payment Rules.
Column Descriptions:

marked for deletion. 0: not marked for deletion 1: marked for
deletion |
| BLOCKED | INTEGER NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | indicates if the RMA is blocked or not; once
blocked, the RMA needs to be unblocked to be useable again |
| BGJOBSTATUS | INTEGER NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | indicates the status of the task working on a
refund action, in background |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
