This abstract controller command is used as the base for any controller command that uses the mediators to process a Change message. The change controller will obtain the change mediator based on the noun type. The base physical entities that correspond to the noun are read and nouns are validated if they are present in the physical data store before proceeding with changing the noun parts in the appropriate noun part task commands.
