extends AbstractComposeAttachmentCmdImpl

This command populates the Attachment SDO using AttachmentTargetDataBean. It is called from GetAttachmentCmdImpl when the access profile IBM_Admin_Summary is used. The following information of the Attachment SDO is populated:
- /Attachment/AttachmentIdentifier/UniqueID
- /Attachment/AttachmentIdentifier/ExternalIdentifier/Identifier
- /Attachment/AttachmentDescription/Name
- /Attachment/AttachmentDescription/ShortDescription
- /Attachment/AttachmentDescription/LongDescription
- /Attachment/AttachmentDescription/language
