My Account: Order Details

The order details page displays all the information related to a previously placed order.The information is broken down into three sections: Order details, shipping information, and billing information. The order details section contains the order number and date. The shipping information section contains the shipping address and method. It also contains the products included in the shipment, including the product picture, name, quantity, and price. The billing information section contains the payment number, and billing address and method. The Print button formats a printable version of the Order Details page.

JSP files

  • OrderDetailDisplayCommonPage.jsp represents the entire page if AJAX My Account is enabled.
  • OrderDetailDisplay.jsp represents the entire page if AJAX My Account is disabled.
  • OrderShipmentDetails.jsp represents the content on the page, including the Order Details, Shipping Information, and Billing Information headers, their content, and the Print button.
  • 1 AddressDisplay.jspf displays the address details.
  • 2 OrderDetailsSingleShipmentOrderItemDetailsSummary.jspf displays the product information, such as the product image, product name, quantity ordered, and their prices.
    Includes:
    • CatalogEntryDBThumbnailDisplay.jspf, which displays the product image.
    • CatalogEntryPriceDisplay.jspf, which displays the product's price in the Each column.
  • 3 OrderDetailsCheckoutPaymentAndBillingAddressSummary.jspf displays the billing information, such as the payment number, billing address, and billing method.
    Includes:
    • AddressDisplay.jsp, which displays the address details.

e-Marketing Spots

  • There are no e-Marketing Spots on the My Account: Order Details page.

Change flow options

  • AJAX My Account can be enabled or disabled.

  • 4 When the Print button is clicked, the current page displayed in the browser is printed.
