Column Descriptions:

| STADDRESS_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | Refers to address information for this Vendor in
the STADDRESS table. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (254) | Language specific descriptive information about
the Vendor. |
| LASTUPDATE | TIMESTAMP | Timestamp of last update. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
