This table represents a TaxType. For example, sales
tax and shipping tax are two types of taxes.
Column Descriptions:

| TXCDSCHEME_ID | INTEGER | The TaxScheme, if any, this TaxType is part
of. |
| SEQUENCE | DOUBLE NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 | This column is deprecated and is provided for
backward compatibility only. See the SEQUENCE column of the
STENCALUSG table for current information. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
