Each row of this table represents a subtotal of all
the OrderItemAdjustment amounts in an OrderAdjustment whose
OrderItems have the same shipping address.
Column Descriptions:

the OrderAdjustment for all the OrderItems in the SubOrder. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
