This table describes all the store relationships
defined in the STRELTYP table.
Column Descriptions:

| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The language of the description. |
| STRELTYP_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The store relationship type that is being
described. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (254) | The description of the store relationship
type. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
