This table is used to log the status of broadcast
commands for each of the clones.
Column Descriptions:

| JOBSTATE | CHAR (2) NOT NULL | State of this broadcast job. Valid values are as
follows:
- R=running
- C=complete
- CF=complete fail

| ACTLSTARTTIME | TIMESTAMP | Actual start time for the command for this
clone. |
| ENDTIME | TIMESTAMP | Command end time. |
| RESULT | CHAR (1) | Job result. Valid values are as follows:

| EXCEPTIONCODE | VARCHAR (254) | Command exception code. |
| CLONEID | VARCHAR (256) NOT NULL | Clone ID. This is the instance name defined for
Request Servlet initialization. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
