This table stores the language-dependent
descriptions of the reasons for denying return merchandise
authorizations (RMAs).
Column Descriptions:

| RTNDNYRSN_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The ID of the denial reason for which this
description belongs. |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The ID of the language used for the description.

| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (384) NOT NULL | Description of the denial reason in the language
specified by LANGUAGE_ID. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
