This table stores return merchandise authorization
(RMA) tax credits.
Column Descriptions:

| RMA_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The ID of the RMA for which this tax amount
applies. |
| TAXCGRY_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The TaxCategory. |
| TAXAMOUNT | DECIMAL (20,5) NOT NULL | Tax amount in the currency of the RMA. |
| LASTUPDATE | TIMESTAMP NOT NULL | Timestamp of the last update. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
