A joint table which specifies reasons for denying a
return merchandise authorization (RMA) item.
Note: There is no similar table for rejecting an RMA. If you
wish to reject an entire RMA, you must reject each RMA item
individually.
Column Descriptions:

| RMAITEM_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The ID of the RMA item. |
| RTNDNYRSN_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | The ID of the reason to deny authorization for
the RMA. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
