This table stores descriptions for the role a
participant plays a TradingAgreement.
Column Descriptions:

| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | Language this description pertains to. For a list
of language components, see the LANGUAGE table. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (4000) | Participant role description. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
