This table is used to track the customer segments
to which an Order is associated.
Column Descriptions:

| MBRGRP_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | Foreign key to the MBRGRP table. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
