Each row of this table represents a price in a
currency for an Offer.
Column Descriptions:

| OFFER_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | The Offer. |
| CURRENCY | CHAR (3) NOT NULL | The currency of the price. This is a currency
code as per ISO 4217 standards. |
| PRICE | DECIMAL (20,5) NOT NULL | The price for the nominal quantity (see
CATENTSHIP.NOMINALQUANTITY) of the product referred to by the
Offer. |
| COMPAREPRICE | DECIMAL (20,5) | Reserved for IBM internal use. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
