Each row contains language-specific descriptions
for the types of inventory reservations that the user has
defined.
Column Descriptions:

| INVRSRVTYP_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | Identifier for the type of reservation. |
| LANGUAGE_ID | INTEGER NOT NULL | Language of this description. For a list of
language components, see the LANGUAGE table. |
| NAME | VARCHAR (254) | A unique name required for loading data. |
| DESCRIPTION | VARCHAR (254) | Language specific description. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
