Column Descriptions:

attempted. |
| INTERVAL | INTEGER NOT NULL | The number of minutes between each retry
attempt. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
