This table contains Store information for a
Contract. The data is used to persist XML data needed by a contract
to create a Store.
Column Descriptions:

| CONTRACT_ID | BIGINT NOT NULL | Unique identifier for a Contract. |
| STOREXML | CLOB (1000000) NOT NULL | The XML definition of the Store to be
created. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
