amounts calculated using a particular CalculationCode are exempt
from taxation of a particular TaxCategory.
Column Descriptions:

tax exempt. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
