Each row contains the expected ship date of a
backordered OrderItem.
Column Descriptions:

| DATEEXPECTED | TIMESTAMP | Expected ship date for the backordered Item. |
| LASTUPDATE | TIMESTAMP | Timestamp of the last update. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
