Ratings and reviews pages

Ratings and reviews pages allow registered customers to submit product reviews and comment on existing product reviews. These pages relate to integration with Bazaarvoice.

Social commerce lets your customers use collaborative shopping tools such as product reviews and ratings, and social media websites to share online product information and advice.

The Bazaarvoice Social Commerce feature is not enabled by default. This feature can be included in your store pages when it is properly configured.

Bazaarvoice Social Commerce supports two modes:
  1. Customers are required to be registered and signed in to your store to write a review
  2. Customers are not required to be signed in to your store. Bazaarvoice validates the reviewer by sending them a confirmation email. The reviewer must then confirm that they wrote the review for the review to be posted to the store.
