To configure Windows autopilot deployment profiles for Hybrid AD join in MEM, follow these steps:

Procedure

1. Sign into the MEM console (https://endpoint.microsoft.com) using your administrator account.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Devices and under Device enrollment select Enroll Devices.
3. Click Deployment Profiles and click + Create Profile.
4. Select Windows PC as the platform, enter a name and description for the profile, and click Next.
5. In the Configuration Settings tab, select deployment mode as User-Driven and Join type as Hybrid Azure AD Joined.
6. Configure other OOBE settings such as User account type, language, privacy settings as required.
7. Once you have configured the deployment profile settings, click Next.
8. From the Assignments tab of the deployment profile, assign the deployment profile to the appropriate device groups or users.
