Filtering by product family and added Fixlet MIME fields
Patches for Windows supports advanced filtering by patch families and includes
corresponding MIME fields in Fixlets that can be utilized in session relevance queries. These
powerful features are available starting with the Patches for Windows (English) site version 2143
and later versions. To leverage this Windows patch management functionality, ensure that the BES
Support site is updated to version 1200 or later.
Filter by patch families
You can filter Fixlets by product family, product, or component. For example, Fixlets
can be organized by product family such as Office, by product like Office 2003 or
Office 2010, and by component such as Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint.
