Its primary purpose is to help BigFix administrators to easily monitor the health of their servers and initiate well-informed recovery actions with specialized Runbooks AI.

Integration with IT Service Management Tools
BigFix Runbook AI integrates with IT Service Management tools by creating data sources for ticket data, requiring a separate data source for each category. Before configuring the data source, ensure that the organization has been set up.
Common pre-requisite
A common pre-requisite for accessing and manipulating tickets is having an API that allows fetching, updating, closing, and releasing tickets. Additionally, users must have the necessary permissions to query and make modifications to tickets.
