Including the excluded directories back in scans
You can include a directory back in the software scan by specifying it in a task, and running this the task against the chosen endpoints.
About this task
Note: To remove the excluded directories from 'BigFix Scanner
Service' (Windows only), if a path delimiter has been used when adding exclusions,
you must use a backslash '\' instead of a forward slash
'/'. While removing the excluded directories from the
legacy 'BigFix Scanner Wscan' for Windows, you must use a forward slash
'/'. For example, for 'BigFix Scanner Service', use
C:\Program Files.
Perform the following steps to include the excluded directories back in scans:
Procedure

- In the navigation tree, click , and then click Fixlets and Tasks.
- Select the Remove Excluded Directories task.
- Specify which directories are to be removed from the list of excluded directories.
