Out-of-session troubleshooting
Some suggestions for troubleshooting out-of-session issues.
- Check that the login credentials (username and password) you entered are still valid, by logging in to the site using an external browser.
- Validate the login configuration (see Login troubleshooting).
- Check that your user hasn't been locked out of the site due to too many failed login
attempts. If this has happened:
- Go to Scan configuration dialog box > Login configuration > Advanced, and check that the "Number of login attempts allowed" setting matches your site limits (see Advanced login settings).
- Wait the required amount of time before scanning again.
