Diagram 1 - Standard desktop deployment flow diagram

This is a flow diagram that depicts data flow between product and other components in a standard desktop deployment. The diagram is divided into two main sections.

The first section depicts client pieces: AppScan® Source for Analysis, AppScan Source for Development, the AppScan Source command line interface - and the browser. All of these client pieces have access to a source control manager client.

The second section depicts server pieces: AppScan Enterprise Console, AppScan Enterprise Server, a database server, and the AppScan Source Database.

Data flows in this manner:

• Between the AppScan Enterprise Console and browser.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Console and AppScan Source for Analysis.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Console and AppScan Source for Development.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Console and the AppScan Source command line interface.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Server and AppScan Source for Analysis.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Server and AppScan Source for Development.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Server and the AppScan Source command line interface.
• Between AppScan Enterprise Server and the database server.
• Between the database server and the AppScan Source Database.
