Configure email settings used to send findings under consideration as defects.
- To Address: Recipient's email address. By default, the Mail To field in the Email Findings dialog box will populate with this email address - however it can easily be changed when preparing the email.
- From Address: Sender's email address.Note: A valid email address is recommended to avoid having the recipient mail client treat the email as spam.
- Mail Server: SMTP mail server configured
as
mail.myexample.com.Important: Check with your system administrator to ensure that you have the correct mail server information.
